Product Description
WDF315——1600 This workshop fitting welding machine（Multi-angle welding machine） is designed for processing plastic fittings like PE, PP and PVDF. It can accurately fabricate elbows, tees, crosses and 45°/60° Y-type fittings, suitable for 63-16000mm fitting specifications, and also realize extension and integrated molding of injection-molded fittings. With an integrated structure and replaceable special clamps, it enables quick and efficient switching of fitting types; equipped with a PTFE-coated removable heating plate with a maximum temperature of 270℃, it features precise temperature control to ensure firm and leak-proof welding joints.
It has a built-in electric planning tool with safety limit switch and two-channel timer to record data of heat preservation and cooling phases in real time; the high-precision shockproof pressure gauge displays pressure clearly, with an adjustable range of 0-6MPa. Certified by CE and ISO, the machine is compatible with 380V industrial voltage and has excellent body protection performance. It is suitable for workshop batch fitting processing, pipeline engineering prefabrication and other scenarios, with professional after-sales service and quality guarantee.
FEATURES
1.Suitable for fabricating elbow, tee, cross and Y shape (45° and 60 °) fittings of PE, PP, PVDF in workshop.
2. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting and make an integrated fitting.
3.Integrated structure. Nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings.
4.Removable PTFE coated heating plate. Electric planing tool with safety limit switch.
5.Low starting pressure and high reliable seal structure.
6.Separate two-channel timer records times in soaking and cooling phases.
7.High-accurate and shockproof pressure meter indicates clearer readings.
