Product Description
WD160H butt fusion welding machine, widely used in industry, fire protection, plumbing, water supply, sewerage and irrigation projects. Directly welds pipes with elbows, tees, wyes, flange necks and other fittings without extra equipment—simply adjust clamp rods. Compatible with HDPE, PP, PVDF plastic pipes/fittings.
This hydraulic butt welding machine is an upgraded version. Its hydraulic station is enclosed, featuring a waterproof effect. With an upgraded IP54 waterproof rating, it can withstand rainwater and splashed liquids. It is very suitable for areas with frequent rainy weather or construction sites with water, without affecting the construction progress.
It be composed of Basic Frame, Planning Tool, Heating plate, Hydraulic Unit, Heating Plate Cable, Support. Made of lightweight, high-strength materials with a 45° clamp opening angle for easy operation. Low starting pressure ensures stable welding of small-diameter pipes; switchable welding positions facilitate various fitting welds. Features a removable Teflon coating heating plate with precise temperature control; optional electric planning tool with safety limit switch prevents accidental startup.
Can Equipped with a dual-channel timer (displays soaking/cooling time, alarms on timeout) and high-accuracy shockproof & digital pressure gauges for clear readings.
Suitable for water supply networks, gas distribution systems, industrial pipelines and mining. Enables safe, leak-free thermoplastic pipe connections, ensures gas infrastructure integrity, provides durable fusion joints, and supports efficient welding of critical mining pipelines for reliable transportation of water, chemicals and other resources.
