Product Description
WDP160M2-200M4 is a hand-push manual butt welding machine, designed for complex construction scenarios. It is a cost-effective solution for a wide array of piping applications across municipal, industrial, marine, mining, landfill, duct and agricultural sectors.
This machine is suitable for welding thermoplastic pipes and fittings including HDPE, PE, PP and PVDF, with a welding range of 40–200 mm in pipe diameter.
The manual butt fusion welding machine consists of three key components: the planing tool (trimmer/facer), and heating Plate,Basic Frame and Support.
The Basic Frame and Support enables precise pipe-end alignment and stable clamping. The planing tool and heater handle accurate trimming and heating respectively.
The main body is fitted with one/two fixed clamps and one movable clamp to support and center plastic pipes. The heating plate comes with a high-precision digital thermostat—equipped with a display and adjustment buttons—for accurate, hassle-free temperature monitoring. The upgraded system includes LED indicators that signal anomalies like sensor failures or temperature deviations.
