Hangzhou Welding Technology is highlighting its WD630H Hydraulic Butt Fusion Welding Machine, a heavy-duty solution for joining PE, HDPE, PP and PVDF pipes and fittings in large-diameter pipeline projects.
The WD630H covers pipe diameters from 315 mm to 630 mm and is suitable for water supply, gas distribution, fire protection, drainage, irrigation, mining and industrial applications. With a removable PTFE-coated heating plate, separate temperature control and a hydraulic unit for stable welding pressure, the machine supports controlled and consistent butt fusion operations on demanding job sites.
The machine is equipped with a 270°C maximum heating plate temperature, a 9.35 kW heating plate, a 1.5 kW planning tool and a 1.5 kW hydraulic unit. Its total power is 12.35 kW, with a working voltage of 380V/220V at 50/60Hz. The 45-degree clamp opening angle and adjustable welding positions help operators handle pipes and fittings efficiently, including elbows, tees, wyes and flange-neck fittings.
