Product Description
WDE315B This electrofusion welding machine is a multi-purpose low-voltage equipment designed for joining plastic pipes such as HDPE, PP and PP-R. It is widely used in water supply, gas transmission, drainage and other engineering fields, compatible with 20-315mm pipes and various commercially available fittings.
Principle of Operation: Electrofusion welding involves the use of specialized fittings that have embedded heating elements. The electrofusion welding machine supplies an electrical current through these heating elements, generating heat that melts the pipe and fitting surfaces. As the melted material cools, it fuses the pipe and fitting together, creating a strong joint.
Equipped with a high-brightness multi-language LCD display supporting English, Spanish, Russian, Polish and Chinese languages, it can automatically match welding programs via barcode scanning or manual parameter input, enabling convenient and efficient operation.
With wide voltage input, the product adapts to complex construction environments. It has a built-in large-capacity storage module that can save over thousands of welding records, supporting USB export for traceability. Featuring IP54 protection, the machine is resistant to high and low temperatures and vibration. Lightweight with portable packaging, it is suitable for construction sites, workshops and other scenarios.
