Product Description
Manual Butt Fusion Welding Machine is a specialized, robust tool for reliable butt fusion of PE, PP, and PVDF pipes. With a single-operation design, it excels in complex construction scenarios (e.g., on-site trench welding) and supports workshop prefabrication of pipe fittings.
Core structural features: Equipped with 1(or 2) clamps + 1 movable clamps for stable support and precise centering of plastic pipes. A high-power heating plate and smooths pipe ends pre-heating to ensure optimal weld quality. It has a PTFE (Teflon)-coated heating plate with independent temperature control (up to 270°C, uniform temperature) for consistent pipe end heating. A protective casing prevents heater heat loss and shields the trimmer from external impacts.
Performance & adaptability: Built on a sturdy frame, it operates reliably at -40°C to +40°C. Each model has a high-quality adjustable pressure gauge (0–6 MPa) for accurate pressure monitoring, ensuring leak-proof welds. Available in 160mm, 200mm, 250mm sizes, with a powerful motor delivering excellent concentricity. Suitable for demanding conditions in water/gas distribution, sewer systems, and industrial piping.
