The company’s independently developed CNC Butt Fusion Machine and Butt Fusion Machine with Data Logger have realized intelligent temperature and pressure control, with microprocessor-controlled heaters that can stably maintain welding temperatures between 300-500 °C, and data logging modules that record key welding parameters per DVS standards, enabling traceability for pressure vessel certifications. These intelligent features not only solve the technical difficulties of welding large-diameter pipes, but also improve welding precision and efficiency, reducing manual operation errors.
In addition, aiming at the diverse needs of different regions and industries, Hangzhou Welding has optimized its product design to enhance adaptability. For example, the company’s portable butt fusion machines adopt drag-skid designs, which are suitable for on-site pipeline laying in remote areas and harsh environments, while workshop fitting machines incorporate CNC carriages for automated circumferential welding of large-diameter fittings exceeding 1200 mm.
